1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Paris Miami Photography website and the photography and videography services offered by Thomas C. Parisi. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Paris Miami Photography provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, fashion/editorial shoots, and architecture photography. All services are subject to availability and require prior booking confirmation.
3. Bookings & Deposits
A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled session may forfeit the full deposit.
4. Intellectual Property
All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Paris Miami Photography. Clients receive a personal use license for the final delivered images as specified in their contract. Commercial licensing is available upon request. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Image Delivery
Final edited images are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks for weddings and 2–3 weeks for portrait sessions, unless otherwise agreed. Images are delivered via a private online gallery. RAW files are not provided unless explicitly contracted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Paris Miami Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cheshire County, New Hampshire.
